“Eligible Participant”: Open only to residents of any one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia who: (1) are eighteen (18) years of age or older; (2) have a valid account with PayPal (“Valid Account”); and 3) receive an email from PayPal inviting participation in the offer (“Invitation”). Offer Period: Starts when Eligible Participant receives email invitation for the offer and ends 14 days thereafter at 11:59pm PT.

 
Redemption cap: There are 17,000 maximum redemptions available under this offer. The Offer will end once the maximum number of redemptions has been reached or at the end of the Offer Period as described above, whichever is sooner.

How it Works: Eligible Participants must send or receive two P2P transactions of $20 or more within the Offer Period using their Valid Account (“Eligible Transaction”). Upon successfully completing an Eligible Transaction, each Eligible Participant can receive 1,000 PayPal Rewards Points, which has a $10 Redemption value at PayPal Checkout, or may be redeemed for other available options (the “Reward”).  The Reward is further subject to the PayPal Rewards Program Agreement.  The Reward will appear in Eligible Participants’ PayPal account within fourteen days, but may take longer.
